Identify and address any deviations from established standards. Maintain Clean and Safe Laboratory Environment: Keep the laboratory area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Properly dispose of hazardous materials and adhere to infection control protocols. Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide essential laboratory information for patient diagnoses and treatment plans. Qualifications: Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is preferred. Laboratory Experience: Prior experience working in a clinical or medical laboratory setting is advantageous. New graduates with relevant laboratory internships or practicum experience will also be considered. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret test results accurately and troubleshoot technical issues.
